RBM Training can provide experienced trainers to a firm on a regular basis as if the trainer were one of the firm’s own staff. The trainer might be to complement an existing team or might be the sole trainer within the firm.

We have our own course outlines or we can use your own if preferred. All courses are tailored to incorporate your own house styles and templates.

Managed IT training

Using trainers from our pool means that we can rotate the trainers on your site. We can provide a trainer with a specific skill, additional training resources or floorwalkers when required for specific projects.

As our trainers have experience of working at many different law firms, they can bring ideas for best practice, suggested course outlines that have worked well in the past and use different training styles.
